yes, i see your point here. making a successful survey needs some experience. entrepreneurs can either try and try to get it right or they can ask the help of professionals.

If you survey your web visitors make sure using a conditional approach where you can define when, where and how many times the survey should appear.
Your survey mustn't become an annoyance.
