Again, excellent post. I completely agree with writing to relieve their pain. People want to know what can be done for them or their business so writing about what you can do to help is sure to interest them. Written in such a way that gets the initial read and then to have them stay to read the rest doesn't have to be long. I think short, concise text (and of course lists) gets people interested more than elaborate, lengthy text.
